This Privacy Policy describes how we ("we," "us," or "our") handle information when you use the Clean My Photos mobile application (the "App"), bundle identifier com.hazcottlimited.CleanMyPhotos, and related websites. With your permission, the App accesses:

This data is used to display categories (screenshots, videos, duplicates, other photos), estimate recoverable storage, power swipe review, and queue items you choose to delete. Processing occurs on your device unless otherwise stated in this policy.

We do not operate a cloud service that receives your full photo library for sorting, duplicate detection, or automated deletion. Review and deletion decisions remain under your control through in-app confirmation flows.

4. Deletions

When you confirm deletion, the App uses Apple's Photos APIs to remove selected assets from your library. Depending on your settings, items may be placed in the Recently Deleted album on iOS, where Apple allows recovery for a limited time. We do not maintain a separate copy of deleted photos on our servers.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Clean My Photos Pro (monthly subscription and optional lifetime purchase) is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes payment and provides us with transaction-related information needed to deliver the purchase (e.g., subscription status).

We use RevenueCat to manage entitlements and restore purchases. RevenueCat may receive an anonymous app user identifier and purchase receipts as necessary to validate your Pro access. RevenueCat's privacy practices are described at revenuecat.com/privacy.

The App may log technical events locally (e.g., launch timing marks) for performance debugging during development. If you contact support, we process the information you voluntarily provide (such as your email address and message content) to respond to your request.

We do not knowingly sell your personal information.

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Hazcott Limited is based in the United Kingdom. If you use the App from outside the UK, your information may be processed in the UK and in countries where our service providers operate (e.g., United States for RevenueCat infrastructure), subject to applicable safeguards.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information, or to object to certain processing. Because most photo processing is on-device, you can also revoke Photos access in iOS Settings > Privacy > Photos, or delete the App to remove local app data.

11. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell personal information as defined under California law. In the preceding 12 months we have not sold personal information. You may request disclosure of categories of information collected and exercise deletion rights by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

We implement reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the limited data we handle. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; use the App on a device you control and keep iOS updated.
